1 on 1 is great to really focus on you and your technique to ensure that you don't get injured during training and for you to get the most out of your time in the gym and your  body with no restrictions.


Group classes

There's strength in numbers. True statement, especially in our group classes. 

Classes are great for feeding off the energy of others and to gauge your own fitness level. If you enjoy working out in a class, come and test your fitness next to some of your peers that may inspire and push you the extra mile.
